This is your same 2X2 Conditioning® (description below) followed immediately by 10 minutes of core training! You are welcome to stay or call it a day!
It’s 2 minutes of cardio followed by 2 minutes of strength training! This simple, athletic format provides an incredible cardiovascular challenge. By alternating between intervals of cardio focused work and active recovery incorporating resistance training, you are bound to torch calories and improve your fitness level! All levels welcome. Equipment may vary.
