Just like a strong foundation is needed to support a beautiful building, we need a strong foundation to support a healthy body that moves well. The Foundations class focuses on the basics of fitness to support healthy aging, new beginnings and/or reigniting an active lifestyle. This class is broken up into 3 major segments, cardio, strength and mobility. All movements are low impact, easy-to-follow and are time based, so you can move at your own pace. Dumbbells are recommended and used for the strength segment, but are not required.
