Challenge yourself to a 45-minute HIIT workout inspired by the components of skill related fitness, namely agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, and reaction time!  After pushing for approximately 1 minute, you’ll move through 2 minutes of active rest integrating mobility work and slow, dynamic stretching.   All athletes know the push is just as important as the recovery.  Get it all in Athlete 360°! Equipment may vary.
